Summary
Luz lies. She lies a lot.
Be it to classmates, teachers or loved ones, something deeply engraved into her sinew is eager to lie and deceive. It does not matter if it is about something trivial or of utmost importance, a forgoten homework or the true nature of the cosmos, she will always choose to lie until the very end.
However, despite what others might say, lying has one benefit.
When someone refers to her as human, she can smile sheepishly, knowing well enough that the nightmare lurking underneath her skin shall never see the light of day because of her dishonesty.
For it's better to lie and deceit than to become the end of all things.
