Summary
Izuku was born with the perfect fusion of his parents' quirks. Dubbed 'Endothermia,' it gave him immense power, at great cost. Even the slightest noise from his mouth could pull a plane from the sky, or harm a person.
Forced to communicate in other ways and delegate himself to near silence, Izuku suddenly found himself in the company of classmates, and a certain girl in particular, who began to help him grow past his loneliness and confidence issues.

Summary
