Summary
Tenma, a young man with a mysterious past, is saved by Libra Dohko after awakening his Cosmo and summoning the divine armor of Pegasus, triggering ancient prophecies about the rebirth of Saint Pegasus. He is taken to the Sanctuary, where he discovers he is the spiritual heir of Pegasus and the half-brother of Aries Shion, both sons of the same mother, Tselha, kidnapped by the lesser god of time, Yōma, to conceal her lineage.
Together, they face threats such as the specters of Hades and an impending holy war, as well as truths that will change the very structure of the Sanctuary. Meanwhile, Tenma trains with Piscis Albafica, with whom he develops a relationship that ends in love and the birth of their children, the divine triplets. His bond with Shion is also strengthened when he reveals his family history.
Torn between his roles as commander, father, and brother, Tenma must decide whether to fulfill his destiny as the Pegasus Saint who will challenge the gods or as the new Pisces Saint who will forever change the heritage of his sign.
