Summary
The crash of the Insight Helicarriers and the publication of both S.H.I.E.L.D.'s and Hydra's secrets on the internet was a turning point for many people.
Brock Rumlow has worked hard and almost died for something that he thought was worth the ultimate sacrifice. But thanks to Rogers and Romanoff, all of it went up in smoke in less than a week. If that wasn't enough, they killed all of his friends and every halfway competent Hydra leader. Now he's alone and on the run from just about every security agency in the world.
Phil Coulson seized the moment and went public, putting S.H.I.E.L.D. under UN oversight and reconciling with the Avengers. The Agency has recovered and has almost managed to put Hydra down for good. Jemma Simmons and her friends should be happy, but they are still haunted by the betrayal of their former team mate.
So when S.H.I.E.L.D. wants to tick off Brock's name from their most wanted list, finding out that he's Jemma's soulmate might just be the turning point that nobody had on their radar...
Soulmate AU, set after CA:TWS and AoS Season 1. Uses some characters but no plot from AoS Season 2.

Summary
After the Snap reversal, many people suddenly find themselves with words on their body - the first words their soulmate will say to them. Unlike the happy couples on TV, Brock Rumlow can't allow himself the luxury of trying to find who his words belong to. Having been to hell and back, and with no intention to return, his priorities are clear: He has to wipe out the red in his ledger before he dies again, no matter the price.
But Fate just might have mercy on him.
This is a continuation of a one-shot written by the wonderful ozhawk, and will have two chapters, one with Brock's and one with Peter's POV.

Summary
This was just Hakoda’s luck, on the run with three children he’d vowed to himself to take to safety—wherever that may be—and they just happened to run into the Dragon of the West.
Unsheathing the knife—his only weapon, of course he had nothing but a measly knife while facing the Dragon of the West—Hakoda stepped forward to stand between the children and the enemy. Like he should have when they’d come to the South Pole and threatened his family.
Never give up without a fight. Not that he needed the blade’s inscription to tell him that.
After escaping from the Western Air Temple, Hakoda is lost in a forest with three Earth Kingdom kids. Thirsty, tired, and struggling to cope with the effects of his prison stay, the last thing he needs is getting kidnapped by an ancient secret society.
But Iroh’s plans to have the Avatar kill the Fire Lord are outrageous, and Hakoda takes issue. Now he has to put up with his mother’s ex and a gloomy firebender while parenting three wayward children, rescuing his crew from prison, and defeating Ozai. Which would be enough to deal with even if the wounds of the past didn’t have a habit of bleeding into the present.

Hakoda-centric, really well written. All the kids are written really on-spot. Some Hakoda-whump and lots of misunderstandings in the beginning. Love the Hakoda-Piandao-interactions.

Very interesting take on the Western Air Temple storyline. With some Boiling Rock thrown in, and more on-screen time for Haru, Teo and The Duke than in most other stories.

Summary
Sokka takes a strategic step back, but he also smiles: triumphant, like he baited Zuko into exactly what he wanted. Like it’s a challenge. It’s the same way he looked when they sized each other up at the prison, with Sokka in chains that left red marks around his wrist, in tattered prison garb, malnourished and angry. Back then, that was Sokka saying: I see your power. I see you. Now, see me.
Zuko saw him then. And he sees him now; different, but the same. I see you.
Zuko lights his daos in flame. Sokka grins, back to gravel and heat. “Come on, Fire Lord. Impress me.”
Zuko burns. His vision flickers with fire. His heart races. His blood sings. His body is like a magnet, pulling ever onward to meet Sokka’s. He advances.
He pins Sokka to the wall, blades against his throat.
Or, Zuko found Aang first, Sokka and Katara were imprisoned in Boiling Rock for trying to rescue their dad, and all Sokka knows is he's pretty sure he's not supposed to think the Fire Lord is attractive but he's never let things like rules stop him before.

Intriguing setting, very in-character for everyone. Not too dark, good ending.
