Summary
Sixteen-year-old Takemichi disappears a month after leaving the hospital, and everyone remains oblivious and forgets about their crying hero. Three years after his disappearance, Chifuyu, who was traveling abroad, decides to return for that partner so that he can visit him. When he crosses the door of their shared apartment, he is surprised that it is deserted. It indicates that there is a person living in it, and yet he felt a strange feeling, as all his things were there, as if he had planned to return to them and complete his work on them.

Summary
Takemichi and Chifuyu are twins who were abroad to study medicine and decided to return to Japan for personal reasons and transferred to one of the famous universities they were accepted into.
Sano Shinichiro, one of Takemichi's best friends, receives news of Takemichi's return from abroad, so he decides to receive her and host her with his friend, Wakasa Imaushi.
