“What are you getting at, Semiu?” Enjin sighed, dropping his head backwards to look at Semiu upside down.

He doesn't really know where the idea that he was “the people person” came from. Maybe it was because he knew how to talk his way out of a situation. Maybe it was because he was still alive in this world. Because he managed to have multiple people he could call his friend. Maybe he was just good with people - he certainly worked damn hard to get there. Or maybe it was his good looks - that was nice to think.
Or maybe it was just the teens and the younger members who believed it. The younger folks who looked up to him because he was, at least on a professional level, their leader. The younger folks who saw him as a pinnacle of success because they just didn’t know better yet.
