She asked with her heavy Russian accent. She was pointing a gun at him while brushing her short hair back. Her head was tilted a bit and her brows were lifted slightly to underline her question. But underneath that mask, she was thinking about something else entirely.
Because she knew that man, who was crumpling at her feet. OK, that is a bit harsh. She thought she would never see him again and hadn't spent a single bit of brain capacity on him in years. But well, here they were on a highway in the middle of nowhere. At the end of a car chase that turned into a hand-to-hand fight, that now is probably a hostage situation.
Alexei and the American came closer now that the fight was over. Alexei mirrored her and pointed his Glock at their attacker.
"The student surpasses the teacher. Looks like you're a bit out of form," Alexei mocked him.
Looks like I'm putting this on hiatus. Sorry for the people who waited for a new chapter, or found the idea interesting. I encourage everybody to take this premise and take their turn on it.
I'm just not that good at overarching plots.(I'm lazy . Sadly) -

He told Bucky the night before he left. He told him everything. And then asked for Bucky's permission to go through with his plan.
Oh, and how could he had said 'no'. This is what Steve wanted, what was best for him. So he put on a little smile and told his best friend that he wished him the best and that he wanted him to be happy.
And the worst thing was he wasn't lying. He wasn't lying, but he didn't say the truth either. He wasn't able to find the words to describe what had always lay down deep inside of him. Forever manifested in his body. In the purest form of existence. Poisoning his soul and preventing it from ever being able to find clearance.
Aka. The one in which Bucky isn't able to let go, but a girl with some what same life experience has a conversation about grief with him.
The title is from SOS from ABBA (shame on everyone who doesn't like them) (not really. I'm not that toxic. Just a little bit.) Just felt fitting.

Summary
Basically Sam getting invited to a superhero meetup (tm) and Bucky tagging along. Bucky meeting some other old and new Avengers and maybe some old friends.
This is in the editing process, just wanted to write something and this idea lives in my head since I don´t even know how many months. Maybe I am gonna rewrite this (not likely, I am too lazy), but the writing is gonna get better.
