If that wasn't all, one day, he discovered that she sees ghosts, just like Melinda used to. Now with hope and a little faith, he tries to prove that this woman is somehow his dead wife.

Summary
On paper, the Hero Commission's plan to investigate Midoriya Izuku under the guise of a training course for combating mental quirks is solid; foolproof, even. If Midoriya turns out to be innocent, they can pass everything off as part of the training exercise, assuming he remembered any of it. Otherwise, they could beg forgiveness after the traitor was securely imprisoned in Tartarus.
The paper plan failed to take into account the feral ghosts living in Midoriya Izuku's head, or his equally feral living friends.
Time to bring on the chaos.

In a world of superhuman abilities, to be born quirkless was akin to being born without an arm. In every moment everyone always treated you with pity, disgust at the deformation outside of your control. Izuku had long since learned to ignore those stares, those calls and the bruises their actions left behind. When the Symbol of Peace gave him a chance to escape that, of course he took it.
But no one had ever warned him that life without that power could be so much better than life with it. No one had ever warned him about the cold and dark reality of quirks which kept growing stronger. Of the monsters which thrived in the light and the shadows they made. No one ever warned him how loud it was. How loud they were.

One for All had evolved far quicker than anyone had expected, not even the Vestiges were prepared for the event which happened once they had transferred to the young Midoriya. They had grown use to living in that space that was the quirk they once held, so much so that when they saw the sun again, it was Nana who reminded them what it was. But as the wielder spent more and more time inside that empty house, they knew they could not stay silent.

A continuation of Love_strikes_again's work, 'Eat Hair, Get Power', which turns the All Might 'eat this' memes into a funny little fanwork.
This story branches off from that premise, where Midoriya's original quirk is a copy quirk like Monoma's, with a hair willingly plucked by the quirk's user serving as the trigger.
After he gets One for All, the copies of each Quirk become permanent.
