"You're so annoying!" Shinazugawa huffs before taking Tanjirou in his arms and Zenitsu panics because he's sure his friend will be killed and he'll be left to deal with Inosuke alone.
But the wind Pillar doesn't hit him, he just bites Tanjirou's cheek and he does it so carefully the bite doesn't make any sound. Zenitsu is in shock because it means Shinazugawa is being gentle... on purpose.

Summary
