Summary
Tony stark was de aged by loki. Loki and him had been having a prank war. It was Tony's way of keeping the god busy and not bothering the rest of the world. Sometimes the others would join in on the pranks but would soon back out. Last night Tony played the best prank he could think of on short notice. He put a mixture of bleach shampoo, and conditioner in loki's bathroom. The only way the god saw fit to fix what had been done to his hair was to deage Tony into a young child. He was going for a teenager but he had a bit of a laps on how long humans live for. So he overdid the spell a bit and ended up with a four year old Tony. He made it so that the spell would last a month. What they hadn’t planned on was Tony only speaking Italian and broken english.

It's all he can think about now. Tony's breath comes out sharp and quick, labored as if something has been draped over his chest and shoulders. He thinks he might be dying, too, nailed down in the ashes of a boy he couldn't save. Pete deserved better.
"You need to get up." The voice is cold and sharp. "We cannot stay here. You will get up."
"Wait." Tony hears himself shudder out a harsh breath, one hand still cradling a nonexistent body while the other moves to the wound in his abdomen. "I cant. We need to -"
"You need to not be a disappointment to your species." A hand lands on the back of his shirt, dragging him off of the ground and to his feet with ease. "I will not die here with you, I will leave you. We need to go."

When Bruce tells Tony to call Steve after all these years, because an intergalactic war is about to happen, Tony figures he could do that. Sure. Or, he could spend time getting to know the new wizard on the block instead, Stephen Strange, and that sounds far more exciting.
