    “Yes,” he nods once.

    “And neither you, nor the orcs, will stop me from leaving?”

    “Correct.”

    “There is something you’re hiding,” she says after a moment’s pause. “Make it plain.”

    Sauron’s grin is every bit that of a cunning leader.

    “I will let you leave, and so will the orcs… For a certain amount of time. Once the horn sounds at the top of the hour, I will chase you.” His eyes are dark, yet soft as satin. “I will hunt you through these woods, Galadriel. I will chase you down and when I catch you, I will make you my bride.”
