This is an Original work that is set in a modern/future in an ongoing long war with a main character who gets “drafted” or taken by the government to form an elite group to help turn the tide of the ongoing war it’s set in a universe where people have developed supernatural powers like quirks but we call them “gifts” for example the mc Ryder Cross has an ability called Voltshift, which lets him convert kinetic energy into electricity and store it in his body. The more he moves—running, jumping, fighting—the more energy he builds up. He can release it in the form of electric blasts, enhance his speed and reflexes. It’s a found family that is hopefull a perfect mix of but comfort and fluff wile breaching some despise trama

“Sure thing, kiddo,” Schlatt told Tubbo. He looked over at Tommy. “You can take your cloak off if you want, kid.”
“I’m not a kid,” Tommy said automatically, immediately gripping onto his cloak more tightly.
He didn’t want Tubbo to hate him. As much as Tommy hated to admit it, he actually liked Tubbo quite a bit, and if he took the cloak off, Tommy was sure to be cast out immediately.
Or, Tommy runs away from Dream, hiding his wings from everyone he knows.

Summary
Blue is Kanto Champion for thirty-nine minutes.
That’s it. Technically, he’s part of the Hall of Fame, technically he’s an accepted Champion. Technically, the title was his once, so it will always be his. Technically, he can’t lose it. He just loses being the present Champion.
He also, briefly, held the Kanto record for youngest ever Pokemon League champion. That was until Red, three months younger, caught up to him.
Really, Blue hadn’t even been surprised.
