Summary
After the Battle of Chicago, Sam Witwicky thought he'd finally be able to finally breathe in peace, finally able to catch up with the Autobots, and maybe even propose to the love of his life. However, the pillars that Sentinel brought Cybertron to Earth had an adverse effect to the lingering Allspark remnants in Sam, and he finds himself ripped into a new reality he didn't want to be in, with familiar yet somehow unfamiliar and even downright hostile faces, er, faceplates. However, he's faced worse odds, and he's determined to get back.
Or, Sam gets transported to the Transformers Prime universe and ends up messing up fate's plans for its inhabitants, for the better, or for the worse.
