Summary
In this world, It's Makoto the one that survives the cataclysm, not Ei.
Heartbroken, and not knowing how to deal with her grief, she installs her rule over Inazuma, closing off the nation to prevent any danger from coming in, and also putting It in a permanent mourning state.
This changes many things about the Inazuma we know, but as you may come to see, Makoto's rule also changes nothing.
