    Sherlock doesn't like to eat and there are very few foods he will willingly eat. He would rather starve then eat foods that feel wrong and when john finds this out he does everything he can to find safe foods for his friend.

    Sherlock is autistic and has problems with food. (I am not self projecting because I was forced into eating un safe foods. definitely not)
