Summary
When Robbie's vision cleared, his father, King Joffrey Baratheon, first of his name, lay unconscious upon the floor in a puddle of spilt wine.
Robb Stark lived. Many things followed as a result - some impressive, several insane, and quite a few straight out of tales of the Age of Heroes. Perhaps the only unfortunate one among them was Joffrey remaining on the Iron Throne, his worst impulses and tendencies only barely held in check by those around him.
Until the day he goes too far, and gets hit over the head with a pitcher of wine as a result.

Or: Law Steals a Cabin Boy.
After the newspapers announced the Straw Hat Pirates had been eliminated--save one cabin boy, fourteen year old Portgas D. Ace, who was being remanded to protective custody in Marineford--Trafalgar Law decides to do something crazy. In one world, this put him in just the right position to serve as a timely escape. In this one, it got him an angry, grieving gremlin. Law is tired, Ace has come up swinging, and the Hearts are just delighted.
“I’ve got better things to do than lie to a cabin boy. And you’re not going to take me in a fight, so you might as well take a minute and calm down and listen to me.”
Ace bares his teeth at this idiot. “Shut up! You don’t know anything!”

“Fuck,” he says emphatically. “It's Koby?”
“How do you know Koby?” the blond boy demands. Shanks ignores him, just like he ignores Garp and Bogard straightening in alarm at the same realization. He steps past them both, crossing just the few paces to crouch next to the small bed.
“Hello again,” he murmurs. “Do you remember me?”
Koby doesn't answer. Koby doesn't even blink.
One year after Marineford, Vice Admiral Garp calls Red Haired Shanks to ask for a favor.

The wolf woman tells her, before anyone else. Your husband is dead.
Rhaella Targaryen is seventeen. Her son Rhaegar is three, seated on her lap, unaware or unconcerned by the dark-haired woman with glinting grey eyes. Her mother has been dead for a year; her father for five months. The rest of her relations perished at the fire of Summerhall, the same night her son was born.
And now Aerys is gone too. “Is my son in danger?”
The glint grows. The woman says, “Not while I’m here.”

Before the bandages came off there was some question as to whether the eye could be saved.
