On paper, Marinette Dupain-Cheng has been terminally single her entire life. If anyone asked her, she’d say she was happy that way. After all, she can’t tell them the real reason she’s never signed up for Alliance in hopes of finding her soulmate—she’s already found him.
Her and Chat Noir didn’t need an algorithm to know they were meant for each other.
Until one day, Chat Noir changed his mind, and decided he’d prefer the algorithm after all.
After several weeks worth of moping and cursing Alliance’s name, Marinette remembers the age-old mantra: if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em. So she finally gives in and signs up for the app in the hopes of moving on—a task made much easier when her match happens to be the most gorgeous man she’s ever seen.

Summary
Marinette had saved up for months to be able to afford this vacation. Not only that, but she’d spent months trying to convince herself that it was okay to even take a vacation, that Monarch was really and truly gone. Which was why Tikki was at home with Alya, so that Marinette could actually relax and enjoy the plush amenities the hotel had to offer, such as a bed that looked like it cost five times her monthly salary.
Or, she would be able to enjoy it, if she wasn’t standing in the middle of the villa she’d booked over a month ago, fighting for the bed with freaking Chat Noir, of all people.

Written for Adrinette April 2020, Day 17: Life Swap. The one prompt snowballed into a multi-chapter fic. Loosely inspired by Your Name (Kimi no na wa), but no need to have watched it to read, since there's no actual plot connection except the premise of swapping lives.

Ladybug planned to use Viperion's power of Second Chance to get Chat's identity to Su-han without Chat knowing or agreeing.
Of course, then the world went crazy, and she didn't go through with it.
But when an akuma exposes Ladybug's plan to Chat, he doesn't know that. He just knows that his Lady betrayed him.
He deals with his feelings in the best, most mature way he can think of.
He disappears.
