Red Hood’s modulated voice is bone-chilling. Nearly every sleaze-bag in Crime Alley had become accustomed to the gravely robotic nature of it. The unnatural shifts in his words and the variations in pitch being just ever so slightly off putting. Borderline uncanny, yet everyone who’s heard it knows there’s a human behind that voice. A man who choses to blow a hole through someone’s skull without so much of an afterthought.
Though, no one had ever heard that voice scream.
Not until tonight.
Or, Red Hood is captured, Nightwing saves him and while helping him afterwards, puts the wrong puzzle pieces together and confronts him which does not go quite how he planned.

Summary
"Some girl was touching his not boyfriend (but also definitely boyfriend) like he’d just said something incredibly funny, and Shou knew from experience that Ritsu wasn’t that funny, so obviously she was deranged and needed to be stopped."
Shou sees Ritsu with a girl and steps in to help because that's just what guys who are sort of, almost dating do.

Regardless of how Red Hood is viewed throughout Gotham, the point is Gothamites know Red Hood gets shit done. So in any other normal situation Jason would have everything perfectly under control. But of course the situation at hand is anything but normal. No the situation at hand involves the fucking Justice League. Specifically a Justice League that is not privy to the intimate workings of the Batfamily™, and therefore a Justice League that knows the Red Hood as a serial killing crime lord whose ranking on the Most Wanted list sits right next to Batman’s most brutal rogues.

Or
Jason's attempts to keep his reputation as Gotham's worst crime lord after rejoining the family gets him in trouble with the Justice League.
