The opening of the front door and the pounding of feet had Yuuri looking up in surprise just in time to be tackled in a strong hug from Yura. Blinking in confusion, Yuuri didn’t expect the trio to be back yet, having stated they were going to hang out at the campus radio-station until it was time for dinner. And Yuuri certainly didn’t expect a bone-crushing hug from Yura.
“You w-would say something r-right? If-if it ever got too-too bad? You-you would say some-something to V-Viktor? To me-me? To someone, r-right?” Yura whispered, his voice broken and choppy as though he was struggling to hold back tears.
Or when a celebrity the boys deeply admire commits suicide, the question of whether Yuuri would say something if it ever got bad is put into question.

“That’s not obnoxious at all,” Yura muttered as he pushed open the dorm room.
A giant Canadian flag was hanging over the bed on the left side of the room and the blanket covering the bed was that of the Canadian flag as well. Otabek hummed in agreement but he honestly expected this with JJ as his room-mate. He still hadn’t told his boyfriend that his college roommate was going to be his host-brother/friend he had when he lived in Canada for a year. But in Otabek’s defense he had only found this out three days ago.
Or - It's move-in day and everyone isn't stupid. They know the year is going to be long.

"When…I mean how… I…" Yura paused as he bit his lip. Yuuri waited for the younger to gather his thoughts. Talking about his feelings was something Yuri struggled with and rushing the Russian caused him to freeze and never respond. Instead of telling Yuri to breathe and take his time, Yuuri simply continued to rub soothingly on Yuri's upper arm. Yura brought his hands to grab onto Yuuri's arm as though to anchor himself.
"When did you know that you were in love with Viktor?" Yuri whispered a blush coloring his cheeks. "And please don't say that it was love at first sight because that is just bullshit!"
