It was an ordinary day in the Demon King's castle, right up until Ben could hear Sir Demon's thoughts. As could several others.
Aka The World tries to give Deon more reason to hate demons, by making them hear his thoughts and rejecting him, but it backfires. Spectacularly.(First chapter is kinda short, following won't be)

I had little energy and motivation for early march and then a lot of stress at the end of the month because I'm moving for university which starts around the 14th. I might get done with the next chapter before then but I also won't make a guarantee because I don't know any of the people I'll be moving in with and there's still some organising to do, so it might get a little stressful.)

Summary
The Archon War ended five years ago. It raged for a decade, ravaging every single nation and only ending once Khaenri'ah was burnt to the ground. Of the many tragedies Liyue suffered, none hurt worse than Tianquan Morax stepping down once peace had been secured. The treaties ring hollow when Morax isn't there to lead them.
The thing is, no one realized that he's still looking after his people with the help of his most trusted general.
