Summary
“So…” Takuya trailed off, smiling teasingly at their youngest member through the computer screen. “You wanna tell us why you called an emergency meeting?”
Yuuki pouted at their leader, sticking out his tongue before sighing, holding the new device up to the camera so everyone could see it, their eyes widening as they were stunned into silence.
“Is… is that what I think it is?”
He nodded and Junpei dropped his head onto his desk with a loud groan, Tomoki snickering before turning serious.
“Do you know why you’ve been called back?”
He sighed, setting the device down with a quiet thump, rubbing his neck.
“I think so. There’s another Chosen Child, calling himself the Digimon Kaiser and controlling Digimon,” He coughed into his fist, looking away. “I also may or may not have… flirted… with him?”-This story is a continuation of my rewrite of the Digimon Frontier series, including the same characters. You do not have to read the original story to understand anything in this series, though it may give addition context to some events in the sequel. I may rewrite the Summary. I don't love it, but I like showing off my writing, so people know what they're getting into-

Summary
A loud beep from his bag made him pause, ducking into the men's bathroom so he could have some privacy from the bustle of the train station. He set his bag on the floor, digging out his emergency phone to see that the screen had turned black with white kanji flashing a message.
'Do you wish to start?'
'Yes' or 'No'
His nose wrinkled in confusion, glancing around to make sure he was alone and wondering if this was some kind of prank by Osamu, as unlikely as that would've been. It wasn't a phone call; while he didn't get many of them, he remembered what that screen looked like. After a few moments of staring, he decided to just click yes, knowing that at the very least the phone couldn't hurt him.
"Shi Yuuki."
He dropped it in surprise, the screen cracking as it hit the floor and he stumbled back into the sink, putting it between him and the phone, frightened. Why was the phone talking? Why. Was. The. Phone. Talking. H-had he accepted a call? It couldn't be, he checked before he pressed yes!
"The game to decide your future has started. Please take the train from Jiyugaoka Station to Shibuya at 17:45."
