The corner of his mouth lifted into a lopsided grin. “You would know.”
Heat rose, coloring her cheeks a pale pink. “Flattery will get you places, but I can’t guarantee they’ll be good.”
“That’s all right. I like a little danger.”
Setting aside her coffee, she beckoned him closer. He came easily. She gripped his shirt in her tiny fist and tilted her head back to look up at him. “You’re like me, aren’t you?”
His dark green eyes said yes.

Summary
After a nasty breakup, Xavier decides to undergo a procedure that will erase all memories of Wednesday Addams. In a box, he collects everything that reminds him of her and gives it to the company Morning Song to dispose of for him. The procedure is underway, but before he can forget the woman he once loved, he is forced to remember all the memories they shared, good and bad. It's then that he realizes forgetting memories is easy, but forgetting love is much harder.

Sweat pooled on Tyler’s forehead. His body was on fire with fear. Every hair on his body stood on end and his heart pounded so rapidly in his chest it felt like it would give out before this twisted couple had the opportunity to get started. Every fiber of his being screamed at him to run, run far far away from these people, but his body was securely pinned to the chair with no hope of escape.
Wednesday approached like a cat prowling on a mouse.
“You’re both insane!” he screamed.
“On the contrary,” she said, “we are both perfectly sane.”
In which, Wednesday and Xavier like to keep their relationship fresh by looking for a third.
