One day, Peter comes across a Merc with a Mouth and finds it all to be very frustrating: keeping a secret, fighting bad guys who set out to kill him and his family, and dealing with a mercenary who is crushing on him.

    Set in the early 1900s after a very different WWI, this is the story of Peter Parker discovering his powers and seeking justice after the hostile takeover of his home town; Silver Creek, Colorado.

    This is a steampunk/wild west AU where technology drastically changed the course of WWI as well a western expansion in the United States. The Holy Roman Empire had been allowed to remain whole and Germany along with it. However, the Empire was punished severely in restitution and the military was disbanded. In response, the once large military factors had to be converted to other sciences. This, however, led to a technology boom and the Holy Roman Empire now supplied the world with personal long distance communicators, bullet trains, and moving pictures called Kinos. The largest and most profitable of them all, Hydra Mining and Technology.

    The only competitor to Hydra in the fields of science was Stark Industries and unlike the Holy Roman Empire, which couldn’t officially build weapons, Stark Industries was American and they were mighty good at making things explode.

    What we don't know is that he managed to figure it out on his own four years after his accidental travel into the future. Or so he thought. He’d managed to go back in time, and stay the same age that he was (17) instead of reverting to his thirteen year old body again, but...

    He’d also ended up in a different universe. Peter Parker's universe.
