Summary
Magicat Catra AU, her real name is C'yra. Pretty much canon compliant, but the major difference is that Catra joins the PA from the beginning and Lonnie takes her place as the big bad.
I imagine the magicat to be ancient Egyptian-esk, so we can all see Catra decked out in gold and red gold. (Instead of blue, gold, and tan I'm going for a red, gold, and black theme.)

"They can't be serious," Catra complained. "Did you notice that Glimmer's list of suitors didn't include anything about personality? Or hobbies?"
She was looking straight at Adora, as though expecting an answer.
Catra did speak to Adora like this sometimes, like they were equals. She did it quite often actually, especially when it was just the two of them. But Adora always felt uncertain how to respond. The princess was such an otherworldly figure to her. Larger than life. More beautiful than the stories insisted. It seemed incredible that the princess even knew Adora existed. Surreal.
And yet, at times, it even felt natural.
"I did notice," Adora said. "A glaring omission, your majesty, I agree."Catra grinned.
"Tell me Adora," said the princess. "If you had a list of suitors laid out in front of you, what would you want to see on their biographies?"
OR:

Summary
Everything is the same except that no other than All Might is the biological father of Izuku Midoriya. When All Might encounters the boy he feels something odd about him. When he finds out what he will do, tell him or wait? Even a greater question, what will his friends and classmates think? Do they find out?
Small events in the storyline that stay the same will be skimmed over, major events will still be written - some will stay the same and some will be different. I will also write in chronological order - not the order the movies were released
Here are a few quick edits I'm making right off the bat;All Might meets Izuku earlier in the year than in the show (Over a full year before the entrance exams)
Headcanon: After learning that he was “quirkless” Izuku studied martial arts. Izuku’s Trainer (My oc) becomes like an older sister to Izuku, because of this Izuku’s attitude and personality is a little different - not by much
Headcanon: All Might’s eyes turned black because of OFA, Izuku’s eyes mutate in the same way.
Inko makes a different decision in my story when Izuku finds out he’s quirkless. Because of this, she maintains her slim, tall figure.

Summary
