Summary
After a tragic incident made him forsake his work as a sailor, Wriothesley leads a relatively peaceful life as a lighthouse keeper instead – until one stormy night, he unexpectedly falls under the spell of a vicious siren. Miraculously, he manages to break through the hypnosis, but the monster continues to torment him to the verge of insanity. The low, resonant voice was audible even from a distance as those amethyst eyes took in Wriothesley in his entirety, expression unreadable as his fellow assassin casually adjusted the cuff of his right wrist, even the small motion impossibly refined and downright aristocratic.
