Summary
Connie's family makes the decision to move into Beach City, a temporary home for the smaller girl to explore. The wonderful view of the sea was a gift to watch from the shore.
Her life is changed when she meets a boy with a tail the color of a rose. In the ocean where he lives, he meets her gaze with bright beaming eyes, always coming everyday to gift her for her beauty. Sadly, Connie wouldn't be able to stay for long. Once she leaves, the boy is left alone.
Years later, once Connie reaches the age of 15, she comes traveling back to Beach City, ever wondering if her memories of the boy were just that of a dream.
