Hanzo Shimada has lived alone for ages on the fringes of society, enjoying his peaceful days with his wolves in the forest just out of a small town.
That was until someone new moved to town.
Little did he know that this stranger would not only turn his world completely upside down, but would find out his secret. A secret that had been guarded by his family lineage for eons, since the first of their kind had walked the earth.
But there are darker things on the horizon, nefarious beings that wish to destroy everything he holds dear. Everything his heart held close.
After all who wouldn't do anything to have the ability to grant any wish they desired?
But wishes have a tendency to not always be as they seem.

Summary
Hanzo loved all of his father's stories, but one story in particular was always his favorite:
