  Summary

  The city noises were drowning under the rapid rain pressing down on the poisonous fog that seemed to settle over the city like bad news. The gunshots, and constant sirens seemed almost muted, rain flooding the streets, hiding the crime in alleys. Cries of abandoned children, and victorious villains.
