Summary
With Prince Yuno found and the war brought to a halt, relations between Clover and Spade are still tense, but dialogue between both nations are open.
The Zogratis siblings are dispatched once more with a task far out of their usual assignments: Improve relations between both kingdoms.
While guarding Prince Yuno during his excursions back to Clover, who is not the only one who has gotten attached to the neighbouring kingdom, Julius learns more of what happened to those he had spent his life dreaming of.
Oh, and his sister may have feelings for one of the members of the royal family.

Summary

Summary
Having been born in two different bodies, Julius never understood his brother's vision for a new world.
Not when he began to dream about a different life, a different choices that stemmed from his twin's hubris, arrogance, and the series of tragedies he would set off, if he allowed Lucius to continue down this path. What started off as a dream of a better world had twisted itself into a living nightmare. Thus, when he could no longer allow the love he held for his brother to blind him from the horrors of his actions, Julius puts an end to his brother.
In the wake of the bloodiest conflict of Spade Kingdom' history, three of the remaining siblings are bound to eternal servitude under the Grinberryall's continued rule.
(The existence of the man known as Julius Novachrono, the 28th Wizard King, never came to be.)
