With no knowledge of the world she is in, she can either adapt and survive or perish. A likely chance since everything so far has tried to kill her.

After years of peace in Camelot, the Wild Hunt found Ciri once again. Forced to flee from what she thought was her happily ever after, she hides in multiple worlds, trying to evade them. Until she stumbles into one of 2016 Earth after the events of Ultron's attack, encountering a group of people perhaps as strange as herself.Ciri is the master of worlds and that leaves a lot of crossover potential for fanfics. Surprised no one's done any using her Elder blood powers yet (basically just Ciri, not Geralt as well). Unless they do exist and I've just not come across them.

Summary
In Tamriel, it is currently the 201st year of the fourth era. The Empire and the rest of Tamriel are healing from the Great War over 26 years ago and trying to get back on track with life and maintaining their nations' stability. While Skyrim, one of The Empire's provinces, has culminated in a civil war due to the growing strife and division of its people. Some agree with the decisions made by The Empire, while some feel The Empire were cowards. Now Skyrim has been thrown into chaos. A once beautiful land, now torn apart and bloodied. Filled with destruction and fighting of its own people; be they Stormcloak rebels, Imperials trying to reestablish control, or regular people trying to live their lives regardless of what side they're on. And anyone who would take advantage of the chaos.
Meanwhile, on Earth it is 2023 CE. And for some reason, while walking to the local woods, Enoch King finds herself bound in a wagon with unknown prisoners, fated for execution in an unknown land. Thrust into something reminiscent of Medieval Europe, but with magic, dragons, an entirely different world to boot, she can either adapt and survive or perish. A likely chance since everything so far has tried to kill her.
