Every single time he would get something silly, frivolous little trinkets that just lined his shelves, cluttered his desk, and collected dust. Marco just gave him a knowing smile before he walked away, taking the small bird to the safety of his room, away from judgment from the others.He was teased about what he spent his money on, always, his brothers making fun of his bird-like tendencies to find shiny things and take them back to his nest. Sometimes that was the case, he had his own collection of strange little bits and pieces and of course, all the pineapples people bought him over the years.
