HAVE YOU SEEN THIS VILLAIN? it read.
A – frankly, terribly done – police sketch of the infamous villain sat underneath the text. To be honest, the sketch didn’t make the villain look intimidating; it just made him look a bit silly. It almost looked like Watcher belonged on the front page of some comic, fist-fighting a big hero on the streets of Hermit City, the page covered in bright, saturated colors and onomatopoeias such as BAM! and POW! as the two fought. Below the sketch lay a bit more information:
VILLAIN WANTED FOR ROBBERY & THEFT BY THE HCPD. Anonymous tips? Call 321-250-HCPD now.
Grian hummed and stifled a laugh, crumpling the paper and stuffing it in his bag. Who knows, maybe he’d have some tips about a suspected robbery to call in later, right?

Grian twisted to get up but his wound had other plans.

there was also shadows, most would never stay for long but 5 shadows that he feels like he knows stared to stay around and not leave him.
or since slScar did not die at the end the other winners of other games do not want to leave him alone so they stick around but Scar only sees them as shadows

Summary
Midoriya Izuku just wants to lead a quiet, peaceful life. This is foiled by the fact that a) he can see spirits, b) his good nature demands that he help anyone he sees in trouble, and c) he, by all rights, should not exist.
Helping the heroes who have fallen victim to the new quirk-breaking drug is a terrible idea for many reasons, the first and most important being that he hates attention and avoids it like the plague. But he's the only one who can help, so he does.
This is, Izuku decides as he breaks in, more trouble than it's worth.
