During their escape from the 5th floor back upwards, they encounter a random Twisted Goob who grabs hold of Toodles. The bad news was Toodles was hurt and too scared to try and run any further from him.
The bad news for Goob was that the other Toon with Toodles was her very protective brother figure...and he isn't too keen on seeing his little sister get hurt or cry in front of him.
