Summary
Moominvalley is a marvelous place to live.
Early birds sing to worms churning through rich soil that gives way to new green shoots and old tree roots. There’s something in the hazy morning skies and crisp clean afternoon breeze that whispers about all the adventures that await around the riverbend.
Very few places make Moomin nostalgic for a place he’s never known.
So maybe it’s inevitable.
There’s only so long one can live amongst tales of travel and adventure without wanting one for himself.

Summary
There was a tumblr post abt what if Snufkin had paws and a tail, but they're invisible and he wears gloves to hide it so everyone assumes they're hands and no tail??? Thus its multi chapter fic time.
Snufkin runs into a spot of bother in the mountains, and returns early to Moominvalley. Too-ticky helps as best she can through the winter months, but now that spring has arrived, he must return. Being invisible would worry them, but never arriving would be even worse.

It's spring and Snufkin makes his way back to Moomin valley. it should be a simple trip, right? the rain and mountains say otherwise.
Snufkin gets sick and dosn't want help bc he's got cat instincts. (Not sure where this is going, of if he's even gonna get that sick. snufkins too strong, yall. I had to keep upping the stakes and he was like "nah, lets wilderness the heck out of this, im immortal")
