Charlie and Vaggie want to start a family. They’ve discussed adoption and surrogacy, but both options give them pause. They want this baby to have a little bit of both of them. Sure they could create a baby but it wouldn’t be much more than a living doll, since the creation of souls falls out of Hells scope of power.
However Heaven presents a unique opportunity for the duo to become mothers, allowing the baby to have not only a soul, but a bit of them both as well.
