Yeah... I really want to read something where Rumlow is itching to go to the bathroom but uses Winter Soldier's mouth instead.
For extra trashywrongness, Rumlow pinching Winter Soldier's nose so he can't breathe and chokes/splutters/coughs his way through it. Rumlow starting soft but finishing with an erection that Winter Soldier has to deal with too. And for this entire ordeal concluding with Winter Soldier on his knees, doubled over, retching up everything he's been forced to swallow.
