Summary
Ink is so sick of Nightmare’s gang destroying his creations. He wants to stop the Dark Sanses from destroying the multiverse he had worked so hard to perfect once and for all. And he has just the plan to do it. But it will require a test subject. Perhaps he can start this plan off with the gang’s youngest member?
Nightmare looks after his boys like any loving father would look after their sons. But will he be able to actually look after a child and protect them if it came to that?

Inky’s a runaway that can’t catch a break. Full of life and vitality, the artisan just wants to get away and have some agency over his life. Some choice and control. The ability to run, jump, and FLY until he finds the happiness that has eluded him all his life. He’s not off to a great start but he’ll be DAMNED if he lets that stop him!
These two will butt heads as they try to assert what they want over the other. Possessive desire versus freedom’s yearning…but that’s not what this story is about.
This is a story about personal development and blooming compassion. About forging bonds as genuine care seeps in. About two street living bitties trying to make a better, happier life for themselves in the midst of their survival.
Few things outshine the joys of love and laughter. This is a story where these two learn and grow as they strive for both.

Summary
A great source of despair draws Nightmare to an abandoned AU. There he finds an unfinished Sans with no name, no companions, no purpose, no world, and a soul. Nightmare gives him the option to get out of his abandoned, empty world. He accepts the offer but refuses to destroy anything or hurt people. Instead he finds another purpose. In return the Bad Sanses give him a home, companions, a life, and a name. They call him Ink.
Or: Before he can destroy his soul and enter the Doodle Sphere, Ink is recruited by Nightmare. He accepts his role as best he can, even if he sometimes feels like he is meant for something more.
