Summary
Some part of Owen wants it to stay this way, so Legundo would look only at him, something inside him wants to hiss at Pyro, to show him that it's not his place, that that's not his to have.
Other part cringes at that.
"And I don't need help," he croaks these words, overwhelmed by his own thoughts, the man in front of him, this desire to lay at his legs and rot to the ground, while doctor would hold him close.

Scott glanced at Owen, a curious look in his crimson eyes. “What are you doing out here, Owen?” He asked, leaning up against a nearby tree to talk.Owen turned away from the elder vampire and barely kept his simmering anger under wraps. “Gathering materials to make them pay.” Owen simply replied.
Scott raised an eyebrow, a mischievous glint swirling behind his pupils. “Make who pay? I’ve always liked some drama…” He teased, admiring his sharp claws. Owen cautiously spun around to face Scott, a flicker of hope lighting up like a firefly at night.

Summary
It was a lot easier, the way Louis described it. Then again, Louis was a pile of ash right now, so what did he know?
Even the thought made him feel like vomiting, but Owen wasn’t sure if he was capable of doing that anymore. His head felt light and fuzzy, and the sores and pains that once marred his skin were all gone. He felt faster, stronger…but he was also currently running for his life.
Maybe he’d reacted poorly. Seeing your only friend being burned at the stake will do that to you.
Regardless, slaughtering an entire town drew some eyes…the wrong kind of eyes. And that's why he was currently in the process of running for his life.
