Summary
When Lucifer broke Julian McCaffrey's back, he and Chloe severed their partnership.
What if that and the next few days when he has to deal with Jacob Tiernan was the critcal moment that could shape his whole future. One sibling seems to think it is and decides to show Lucifer three choices he could have made, is making now and will make in the future that change his life, and not always for the better.
How will Lucifer react to these visions of alternate lives where the difference between them is only one choice away? Can he stop the dark path he is heading down?

What if the weird criminal/vigilante/sometimes friend was the only one who could explain everything.Can they learn to trust each other to defeat the demons, will Chloe run when she learns the truth in an even more brutal way, how will they ever get to be friends when she is convinced he is at least a vigilante or at worst a criminal.
