Summary
After Camleot is overrun by Morgause's army and Morgana is revealed to be a spy, Merlin is forced to free The Great Dragon. He gives him the answer he seeks yet takes something much larger, when the citadel is weak he kills Uther Pendragon.
Arthur, overcome with loss, begins searching for the only man who can help him defeat The Great Dragon, the last Dragonlord. What they find, however, is much more than either Merlin or Arthur expected. The water was up to his knees, now. The cold was setting and in, and he clenched his teeth to keep them from chattering. Horatio pounded his fists against the grating, perhaps to make noise, mostly to quell his anger. The Renown was going to be blown to bits by the small Spanish force on the island, and the entire crew would be taken with it if they didn’t find a way to retreat, and soon. He heard several more shots crash into the woodwork above. Horatio could no longer hear the movement above over the rushing of seawater into the cell. He stopped yelling. The water continued to rise.
