Wind is no stranger to monsters.
Two adventures taught him more than any boy ought to know about them. About the way they fight, the way they think. About what it takes to make a monster.
This third adventure wants to test that. All across time there are monsters that are worse than they ought to be. Stronger. Smarter. Faster. Harder and harder to kill.
Still, Wind is no stranger to monsters. Which is why when a ninth Link joins the Chain, he knows that there is something… wrong.

Wind can’t pretend, he can’t close his eyes and sink into the waves, not when Wild is in front of him saying he’ll sign his own life away for the sake of theirs, not when his brothers are screaming, not when Wild is smiling and Wind doesn’t understand why.
