AU where Lylla survives being shot by the High Evolutionary and the two end up travelling together.
Rocket Raccoon and Lylla Otter's relationship starts to deepen five years after that traumatic day. Preparing for their next job, the two decide to accept their burgeoning affection for each other.
Rocket is softer and less abrasive as he has Lylla with her. He's more open and vulnerable.
Lylla on the other hand is quiet and a recluse. She also adopts some of Rocket's aggressive tendencies.
Story will lead to meeting Groot and joining back the main Canon of the movies.

Llewellyn, or Louie as he prefers to be called, has been an orphan all his life, thinking his family didn't want him and was always being bullied by the children around him.
Life sucked for them both.
But everything changed when fate decided that they would meet.
