If Bruce was a lesser man, he would have stopped dead in his tracks. As it was, he simply disguised his stumble as an irregular patch of concrete and carried on.
Where had that come from?
Aka; Bruce needed to learn echolocation yesterday. He should learn something from the bats in his cave, then he wouldn't be forced to have realisations about himself in unfortunate situations like this.

A single tweet, padded with ten-dollar words and fake concern, buried under performance art hashtags and the algorithm’s seductive reach. And yet, the core accusation was always the same.
“He’s brown.”
None of the Wayne sons—no child of the Prince of Gotham—could have known how fast this would burn. Like a match flicked carelessly into a drought-stricken field.
