Summary
Discovering the Hunter is the first chapter of a planned 12-16 chapter fic titled A COLLECTION OF CHOICES. A COLLECTION OF CHOICES is a planned three act romance series inspired by Baldur's Gate 3, featuring a romance between the high elf vampire Astarion and a bardic, Underdark-escapee drow named Tavlyn (our Tav).
In chapter one, Tavlyn has just escaped from the nautiloid and is searching for other survivors, stumbling upon a stranger who looks more out of place than the rest of the survivors she's found so far: Astarion. As she tries to discover who exactly he is, she discovers he's a risk to both her life and her heart. And Tavlyn isn't sure which is worse.
Please note while this series deviates, it still follows many of the major beats in Baldur's Gate 3's main storyline. Please do not read if you don't want spoilers for the game or this particular romance!

Summary
A COLLECTION OF CHOICES is a planned three act romance series inspired by Baldur's Gate 3, featuring a romance between the high elf vampire Astarion and a bardic, Underdark-escapee drow named Tavlyn (our Tav). It features 3-5 chapters within each of the three acts present in the game, a mixture of homages to scenes that actually happened in the game and moments I was inspired to create. It will feature a non-ascended Astarion ending.
