Humans (authors, actors, directors, so many humans) behave atrociously and ruin all the fandoms I love.
No longer putting money in these people's pockets, not buying/streaming new media, not getting merch. If I stay in the safe haven of fan-created works, is it okay to carry on imagining tangents for those stories that have lodged in my brain despite this?
I need that to be true.
I hope that I can create new, positive, uplifting dreams from the wreckage of what was once glowing.
