Summary
Deep Cut had really busy lives. Between their job as Idols for the Splatlands, along with their music career as a band, their duties for their clans back at home, and even their night job as Splatlands treasure hunters, they had it all. But most of all, they recently became secret agents for the NSS, ever since Marie acquired the position as their “Boss Marie”.
They were recently on a cleaning mission back at Alterna, after the events of the mission titled ‘Returns of the Mammalians’. They were tasked with the scouting of the launch tower. Things took a sudden turn when they just encountered another, real mammal at the Alterna launch tower controls cabin.
Meanwhile, for #5, everything was pretty calm back in their monotonous life in the launch tower. That was until a group of wild cephalopods and a manta ray came in and took him with them to show them to their boss.
And now, because the NSS had no real other ideas about what to do with them, Deep Cut proposed (and did not beg for 2 hours straight) to look out for them back in Splatsville. Surely they can handle one more responsibility on top of everything, right?
