After deciding to start making and selling makeshift firearms to his friendly neighborhood smuggler/jazz musician/actor in an effort to pull his family out of financial despair, Benedict finds himself hurled (Or as the kids would say, yeeted) into the middle of a gang war that he was certainly not prepared for.

Summary
Say what you will about being Crimson Knowlastname's personal hitman, it was at least consistent.
Usually.
Now, Benedict Schmidt finds his usually routine life abruptly upturned as Crimson decides to give the guy who has barely had a normal conversation in a decade a new job: Go to Imp City, get hired at I.M.P, spy on Crimson's estranged son Moxxie, and don't get caught.
So now Benedict has to stay undercover in a highly volatile and chaotic workplace as well as spy on his new coworkers, all the while trying to re-learn how to function as a normal member of society.
He misses just being able to shoot people.
