Summary
Alastor and Vox never quite saw each other as human – until they do.
A certain mishap occurs between Charlie Morningstar and the angels when they agree to give her a shot to prove the possibility of redemption and second chances. Instead of an appropriate representative, two of the most nefarious Overlords get dragged into the ordeal – the two least fit for redemption.
Alastor and Vox – a radio host from the 1930s and a TV star from the 1950s, friends turned foes in hell – get resurrected by accident, and are forced to work in close proximity on Earth to escape from both the angelic and the earthly authorities through a reluctant alliance.
Despite the inconvenience, the two finally have enough time to sort out their old unresolved feelings and mend the fall-out (something that both are to blame for) now that they've been stripped of their Overlord title, giving them the opportunity to finally see each other as people.

The sorcerer frowns. Sukuna can't see anything more specific on his expression because of his fucked up sight, but he doesn't doubt it's something grandiose. If he had to guess, Megumi looks like the muscles in his face dried up like stale passionfruit.
"You have terrible taste for jokes."
"You're right," Sukuna admits, "But I'm not joking."
