Really, he's not sure when they decided that here was the place to meet to share information. He makes his way down the stairs into the bowels of the bar, hands shoved into his coat and face comfortably impassive. By the time he gets to the bottom, he can see Ango is already there, sipping on whatever drink he had gotten to pass the time waiting for Dazai.
