  Summary

  A Pokemon's rank meant everything in this world, it meant life or death in certain situations.

  A gift by the god Arceus, turned into a curse as Pokemon became hungry for power.

  Jolteon himself had experienced what happened to those who would do anything to remain at the top, though he wasn't just going to roll over and take it.
  No...he was determined to murder everyone who has ever wronged him.
